General comments:

The proposed plant comprises two gas turbines rated at 154 MW each and one steam turbine rated at 268 MW fed by steam from the Heat Recovery Steam Generation and the Solar Field.

The solar field is designed to contribute up to 50 MW.

The plant's net output is rated at 563 MW.

The project was filed for certification on 2007 and received approval by 2008. It was expected to be operational by 2010.

As of 2013, the promoters have submitted a request to extend the deadline for construction commencement as the project is yet to be built.
