Ivanpah is comprised by three independent units (1 to 3) which are owned by Solar Partners II, LLC; Solar Partners I, LLC; and Solar Partners VIII, LLC respectively. A fourth company Solar Partners IV, LLC owns the shared facilities.

Ivanpah 1 and 2 are about 123 MW each and Ivanpah 3 is about 130 MW.

General comments:

Ivanpah complex is comprised by three plants, two about 123 MW and the other about 130 MW.

As of September 2013, the plant is 99% complete and has made the first grid synchronizing test, delivering power for the first time
