Dioxipe Solar is a consortium by Aries, Elecnor and Eiser.

Eiser Infrastructure Limited was formely known as ABN AMRO.

Dioxipe Solar is also the promoter of Astexol 1 and 3 and Aste 3A and 3B, four 50 MW plants which have not been developed.
